Our event ticketing software company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships and Sponsorship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing partnerships and sponsorship strategies that align with the company's business goals. The candidate will leverage their experience and expertise in finding partnership opportunities, negotiation, and connecting with event organizers to help them find the right sponsors for their event.

Responsibilities:

●      Develop and execute partnership and sponsorship strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.

●      Identify and research potential partners and sponsors that align with the company's business goals.

●      Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the technical aspects of the ticketing software to help identify the right partners.

●      Build and maintain relationships with partners and sponsors, negotiating contracts and agreements that result in the best deal for the company.

●      Work closely with event organizers to understand their sponsorship needs and match them with the right sponsors.

●      Maintain and update a database of partners and sponsors, tracking performance and analyzing the results of the partnership programs.

●      Develop and implement innovative ideas for partnership and sponsorship programs that result in increased revenue for the company.

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

●      Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships and sponsorship management, with a focus on finding and securing partnerships and sponsorships that drive revenue growth.

●      Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

●      Technical knowledge of event ticketing software and the ability to understand the needs of event organizers.

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●      Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
